Rehabilitation services at
University Health Systems are designed to help people whose lives have been
altered by serious injury or disease. Many rehabilitation services are offered
at our community hospitals and health care facilities.
UHS also has an accredited
Regional Rehabilitation Center located at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. The
center offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs including inpatient and
outpatient therapies.
Families are a key part of any
rehabilitation program, and at UHS, they are included in the development of
treatment plans and in providing care, as the patient desires.
