Our Children's Hospital
believes that every child has the right to be as healthy as possible. We
have a family-centered approach to pediatric care that relies on family participation
to promote the health of the child. Young patients receive compassionate
and comprehensive care at Children's Hospital, the only tertiary facility in
eastern North Carolina designed especially for pediatric patients.
Our hospital is equipped and
staffed to handle pediatric needs ranging from the tiniest premature infant to
the high school student with a sports injury. Neonatal and pediatric intensive
care units, pediatric rehabilitation, and educational and support services are
available to support the needs of our pediatric patients and families.
