The SurgiCenter of Eastern Carolina, LLC, is a freestanding facility that provides a range of elective surgical procedures. All procedures are performed on an outpatient basis. SurgiCenter is a subsidiary of Pitt County Memorial Hospital. It is a fully licensed facility accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Facilities.
