      This is the second seminar in our Healthy Heart Seminar that will help you learn how to manage Heart Failure.  Heart Failures is a chronic but manageable form of heart disease.  People at risk include those with uncontrolled high blood pressure and/or diabetes, as well as those who've had a heart attack and/or other forms of heart disease.  Join Dr. John Rose, cardiologist, and staff who will explain signs, symptoms & selected treatments for heart failure.  You'll be able to ask the physician and staff questions at the end of the seminar.
